Triad awarded place on CCS Data and Application Solutions framework for provision of Workflow & Case Management Solutions

Triad Group Plc receives boost to business with coveted place on Crown Commercial Service’s Data and Application Solutions (DaS) Framework

25th February 2019: One of only 20 businesses to be awarded a place on Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Data and Applications Solutions (DAS) framework in the Workflow & Case Management Solutions supplier category, Triad Group Plc is now able to bid for local government and emergency service contracts. Triad was selected based on its decades of experience in the analysis, design and delivery of Microsoft base solutions providing CRM, Case Management and Workflow product solutions by configuring and extending the suite of Cloud and On Premises technologies that Microsoft offer.

Ben Paynter, Crown Commercial Services Category Director – Digital Future commented:  “Data and Application Solutions builds on the legacy of the Local Authority Software Applications and Corporate Software Solutions agreements, whilst also allowing the Crown Commercial Service to serve new customers in Health, Blue Light and Education. The agreement has been designed following extensive engagement with both customers and suppliers.”

“This is the first framework by CCS that gives customers the choice to buy cloud and on-premise software or a combination of both under one agreement. It also allows customers to buy software alongside necessary hardware and professional services, in one procurement. By listening to the needs of customers and combining a mix of suppliers that will drive competition, DAS offers a value for money route to market for software led solutions.“

Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) new Data and Applications Solutions (DAS) procurement framework launched on 22nd February 2019. Significantly, it is the first of its frameworks to give public sector customers the choice to buy cloud and on-premise software or a combination of both under one agreement and provides scope for the configuration and integration of systems.

Triad Group Plc, also qualifies as an SME, and its place on this critical framework supports CCS’ shared aspiration with the UK Government’s of spending £1 in every £3 with SMEs by 2022. Adrian Leer, Managing Director at Triad Group Plc added “It’s really good news to secure a place on this framework with all the opportunities it offers for a smaller company that prides itself on flexibility and technical expertise. We’ve helped get numerous public sector projects over the line and you learn something from every one of them, so we’re confident our skills and experience will be a winning combination on CCS projects.”

DAS replaces two earlier frameworks – Corporate Software Solutions and Local Authority Software Applications – split into lots covering five groups: enterprise applications, local government, health and social care, police and emergency services, and education.

Triad’s dedicated team of Microsoft technology professionals are continually delivering solutions based on SharePoint, Dynamics, Flow and Logic Apps across dedicated servers, Office 365 and Azure to clients and it is hoped that the lessons learnt across these projects, both at a business and technology level, will see them selected to support CCS projects.
