This eBook is based on nearly 300 responses from technologists collected in Q4 2019. 53% of respondents came from the private sector and 35% from the public sector, the remainder were from the third or multiple sectors. In addition, 57% had technology teams that were 50 people or greater in size.
Designed to provide an insight into the attitudes of technology experts in the UK and beyond, the survey asked members of the IT community to share their insights on future trends and views on adoption rates for different technologies during the next decade. This eBook tries to get a sense of where the tech and IT sector is heading over the next decade.

The results are surprising, encouraging, concerning and illuminating in equal measures.
We gained a strong idea of where companies are at, the pressures they are under and where they are focusing resources. We also managed to discover sharp differences in perception between sectors and companies with small, medium or large internal departments.
