The Role

As a Delivery Manager at Triad, you will contribute to this legacy by working on diverse and challenging client projects, either at client locations, remotely, or at the Godalming or Milton Keynes offices. The role involves managing small teams for discovery or proof of concept projects, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring effective project delivery through strategic planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and client engagement.
The core requirements for the role include expertise in Agile Project/Delivery Management, dynamic leadership, commercial acumen, procurement process familiarity, and a track record of delivering innovation within the customer domain. Effective communication and presentation skills are crucial, as is the ability to lead a team of 5-10 individuals. The role also demands business awareness, adaptability to fill organisational gaps, and recent experience in delivering mission-critical/public-facing systems within Cloud-based environments. Our Selection Process
After applying, our in-house talent team will introduce Triad, discuss the role, and gather basic information. If shortlisted, you’ll have an interview with a senior member of Triad staff to explore mutual cultural fit and give you an opportunity to ask questions. Following that you will be invited to attend a final stage ‘technical’ based interview with a member of the Triad team.
