Triad Group Plc strengthens team with security, development and automation hires

  • Hires include one of only 17 UK based Redhat certified architects
  • Steady growth in digital solution projects led by Public Sector clients
  • Distributed working required by COVID-19 plays to Triad’s strengths including Agile and Automation
  • Hires to support the upturn in projects expected in 2021 as a result of pent up demand and increased market confidence post pandemic

In recent months, Godalming based technology consultancy firm Triad Group Plc has welcomed 17 new joiners as it builds out its in-house technology skillset. New clients wins and repeat business, as projects have moved from Discovery through to Delivery stages, mean that many of the new joiners are already out on assignments.

The recent hires have included Darren McGrath who brings a wealth of DevOps experience after 13 Years working with global financial services firms including Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, BAML and HSBC. An expert across a broad range of scripting languages, infra as code and automation, he is also an expert in Ansible.

Dario Anzani is another SecOps consultant with over 20 years commercial experience and expertise in automation and provisioning. A CISSP certified Security expert and Redhat Ninja, he is one of only 17 Redhat Certified Architects listed in the UK. His special powers include SELinux Policy development.

Adrian Leer, Triad’s Managing Director commented on the recent hiring drive; “Our clients have recognised the quality that we are able to consistently deliver, so I feel very lucky that in these difficult times we are continuing to grow. Our ability to support and encourage flexible working practices has served us well with clients during COVID-19 and helped attract some outstanding candidates and new joiners.”

Howard Foster joins Triad as a support analyst following 20 years working for technology firms including BAML and its trading arm Insight. An ITIL qualified support analyst with experience across both Java and Microsoft based solutions, he has extensive experience optimising and tuning SQL Server based applications and other database platforms.

Howard explains why he joined the team: “Triad is a forward thinking company working with the latest technologies. Working with a range of clients in different industries always appeals to me and, once I met the team, it felt like an innovative culture that was also committed to quality and delivering for clients.

Mahesh Gollapalle is a support analyst with 18 years’ experience in full project lifecycle, most recently providing 1st and 2nd line support of the Selfridges eCommerce site. He also has ISTQB testing fundamentals and is an IBM Certified Websphere studio developer.

Jithesh Nair joins as a Business Analyst consultant bringing proven success as an leader in digital technology environments. He also has an MBA and a background working as a manager/practitioner Business Analyst with a passion for eliminating user friction and experimenting with incremental user experiences

Jithesh joined Triad because: “My research showed me that Triad was a reputable firm with a track record for delivering Agile centric digital transformation across public sector and government digital service. I also really like how close-knit it is, with lot of importance on employee engagement and cohesion.”

Triad has used its own resourcing capabilities to identify, engage and hire these technology experts ready to support the upturn in projects expected in 2021 as a result of pent up demand and increased market confidence post pandemic.

However, Triad’s hiring drive isn’t over with current open roles including Business Analysts, Developers and Agile delivery managers.
