What better way to illustrate how robotic process automation (RPA) can remove improve business efficiency and remove repetitive tasks than by deploying it in our own teams. So, at Triad, we took our job posting process that attracts contract resources and automated it. Our colleagues and stakeholders helped seamlessly transition from a manual process to an automation, triggered by an email confirming that an advert is approved and flowing through to posting it on multiple job boards and updating our internal logs.
The following video shows the automated steps, which were previously performed by four people with all the delays and opportunities for human error that extracting information from one source and using it in others represents.
The process used to take a minimum of 7 minutes it is now less than one, running 24/7 365 days of the year with no delays. Employee time is freed up for higher-value-added work and the automation enables a much lower cost of service which can be passed on to our clients.
