Service Support Analyst
Triad is seeking a Service Support Analyst to join our London based client. You will be assisting some very prestigious clients around some of the largest transformation programmes across the public sector. Our client are an award winning private sector consultancy. You will be responsible for operations, performance, analytics and assurance. The role will encompass first, second and third line responsibilities, although 70% of your time will be dealing with issues at second line level.
Degree related to IT/Computer Science, Business Information Systems or Computer Science.
