Project Manager – Salesforce Implementation
Our globally renowned, Milton Keynes based client is looking to engage with a Salesforce Project Manager. The first month will be on a part time basis and full time thereafter.
You will be responsible for implementing the Salesforce Case Management capability into the Customer Service Centre, to replace the incumbent workflow tool, integrating with the Intelligent Knowledgebase Solution.
You will have Experience of Lead Management, Integrations and Salesforce Implementations.
