Triad’s strength is its people. All of our technical staff are graduates and many hold professional qualifications. Many of our team have been with us for a number of years. This provides us with real strength and experience in depth and offers our clients continuity when dealing with us. When a client comes to us with repeat business we ensure that the team deployed contains some of the people who have worked with them before.
Here are profiles of some of our team:
Matt
Matt 		I joined Triad in 2007 with 12 years experience in software development, being a Microsoft Certified Professional, a member of the BCS and having a BSc in Mathematics. I work with a project team and have been impressed by the high level of professionalism along with the friendly atmosphere. Christine
Christine 		I joined Triad in 1996 after completing an MSc in IT. I’ve gained considerable experience on projects across commercial and government sectors and specialise in design and development using Microsoft technologies. I enjoy the fact that at Triad, everybody is a team player on the project and off the project.
Ngozi
Ngozi 		I have been working at Triad since 1997 when I completed an MSC in Information Systems design. I have worked on a wide variety of projects, performing roles ranging from developer to project leader. I particularly like the friendly working environment and the opportunities for personal development. Tim
Tim 		I joined Triad in 1991 after completing a BSc in Computer Science. While at Triad I have worked across a number of sectors, including central government, finance and telecoms, and in a variety of project roles. Currently working as a project manager, I particularly enjoy the variety and flexibility working at Triad brings.
Emma
Emma 		Since joining Triad in 1991 as a graduate programmer, I have gained considerable IT experience from a wide range of project work and have worked on all aspects of the systems lifecycle from requirements analysis to support. I believe that the company’s success is down to the quality and dedication of the staff and the good relationships it builds with clients. Charlie
Charlie 		I started at Triad in 2005 with a BSc in Computer Science and five years experience in the IT industry. During my time here I have worked as a systems analyst on projects for private and public sector clients. At Triad there are real opportunities to develop new skills in a friendly atmosphere.
