Triad developed an enterprise IT architecture blueprint and implementation roadmap for a major UK life insurer. The blueprint allowed the client to preserve its investment in legacy systems while introducing the flexibility needed to support the future requirements and growth of the business. Triad developed an enterprise information system for a directorate within a central government department. The system was developed using the Microsoft .NET framework and SQL Server and enabled a field force to capture information using mobile devices. Triad specified, designed and developed a secure web portal for a private bank which wanted to be able to provide its clients with a consolidated view of their financial affairs. Based on a Java architecture, it integrated with back office systems and services including a third party real-time financial data service.

Triad provided a team of business/systems analysts to assist with a major modernisation programme being undertaken by a central government department. Our analysts worked in mixed teams with the client’s staff and helped mentor and train them in the latest analysis techniques utilising UML and use cases. Triad assisted a central government department with the design and development of a web site which provides the public with access to large amounts of complex data taken from a variety of sources. This was the first J2EE project undertaken by the client. We created a Java framework which could be used for future projects and transferred skills to the client’s staff to enable them to carry out long term development and support. Triad assisted a central government department with the creation of a business case for a significant new IT initiative. The outline and full business cases produced were based on the Office of Government Commerce business case templates.
