From January 2009 the monitoring and analytics capabilities of PerformancePoint Server will be integrated into Microsoft Office SharePoint Server as PerformancePoint Services.

Triad is working with its clients on developing new monitoring and analytics capabilities using PerformancePoint including:
Data analysis - Using the ProClarity visualisation tools included within PerformancePoint to enable rapid and in-depth analysis of large amounts of performance data. The information is extracted from a data warehouse, loaded into a reporting mart and modelled in a cube using SQL.
Business activity monitoring (BAM) - Using PerformancePoint dashboards as the front end for a BAM application which uses SQL components including Integration Services and Analysis Services to extract and monitor application performance information.
